1. Initiation

2. Planning

3. Execution
Here is where all the planning will pay off. With clear and legal disclosure it ensures the project is delivered on-time and admittedly, by the contractor(s) as designed.
4. Review
The final phase of the project is a walk-through with the design punch list, overlooking the finishings to make sure you're project goal is met aesthetically and accordingly.
